Press Release Summary: Christopher Guerriero, founder of the National Metabolic and
Longevity Research Center unveils how he keeps his movie star and top model clients
looking so young and healthy.

Press Release Body: There are 17 proven ways we use to help our famous clients look
years (.and years) younger in 30 days or less . I've fully detailed one of the most
powerful tips below:
Eat wild or Alaskan salmon once or twice per day for the next 30 days.
Salmon is one of the most closely guarded secrets of the movie stars and the models
over 30.
Eating \"wild\" or \"Alaskan\" salmon - they\'re synonymous - one or two times per day,
will do more for the appearance of your skin than any other anti-aging remedy
around.
But you have to beware...Farm-raised salmon is not the same. \"Atlantic\" salmon, not
Alaskan but Atlantic salmon, is synonymous with being farm raised.
If it\'s fresh in the winter-time, it\'s probably \"farm raised\" because most wild
salmon or Alaskan salmon is harvested and available fresh only during spring, summer
and fall. Wild salmon is only available in the winter if it\'s frozen, canned, or
smoked.
So if you go into the store and you see a label that says "Atlantic salmon," you
know that you\'re getting farm raised. However, if you go into the store and you see
a salmon that says "wild" or it says "Alaskan," that\'s far better for you.
Farm-raised salmon doesn\'t even come close to being as beneficial for your
appearance as wild or Alaskan salmon. If your salmon is not labeled wild or Alaskan,
it\'s probably farm raised. It specifically must say "wild" or "Alaskan" on the label
when you\'re buying it.
And while it is possible to get Atlantic salmon that\'s wild, it\'s very, very rare to
be able to do that. That fish is nearly extinct in America and Canada, and it\'s not
available commercially for that exact reason.
You might say, "Well, eating salmon twice a day is just way too much to ask. I don\'t
even eat salmon once a month or once a week."
All the techniques we use on our clients have a profound affect on their body, IF we
can infuse these nutrients into their system on a "regular" basis.
You could get canned wild Alaskan salmon and get it into your diet a little bit
easier than maybe ordering it fresh on a regular basis. If you do get canned salmon,
you could put it in your eggs in the morning, or you could throw it in your salad at
lunchtime - if you have fresh, raw organic salad and throw some canned salmon on it
and some lemon on top of that, you\'ve got an incredible anti-aging meal.
You could throw it into a sandwich. You could put it on your pasta. You could do so
many different things with canned Alaskan salmon that it becomes far easier to make
it part of your normal diet - just get creative here...
Again, canned is not what I\'m suggesting. I\'m suggesting the regular salmon that you
cook. But to make it more convenient in order to get it in twice a day, certainly go
with canned. That\'s better than avoiding it entirely.
Or you can take natural Salmon Oil capsules and get a similar benefit.
